More Than 300 Strong: DyFlex Continues to Invest in People and SAP Capability

DyFlex Solutions has reached a significant milestone. We are now a team of more than 300 people across Australia and New Zealand.

This milestone reflects more than the size of our business. It represents our continued investment in the people, specialist knowledge and connected capabilities required to support organisations across an increasingly broad SAP landscape.

“Really proud that we have exceeded the 300-person milestone at DyFlex Solutions. It highlights the significant investment that we continue to make in our people and the SAP ecosystem in Australia and New Zealand to support our local customers. Plenty more to come!” said Evan Mantis, Chief Executive Officer, DyFlex Solutions.

Expanding our expertise across the SAP landscape

SAP transformation increasingly extends across multiple areas of an organisation.

An ERP decision can affect finance, supply chain, procurement, workforce processes, payroll, data, planning, reporting and the systems employees use every day. As these environments become more connected, customers need access to specialists who understand individual SAP technologies and how they work together.

We bring together expertise across SAP Cloud ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, payroll, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud and SAP Business AI Platform, including SAP BTP capabilities for integration, extension, automation and application development.

Our wider capabilities also cover planning and analytics, Data and AI, integration, Business Transformation Management, sustainability, technical services, project delivery, change management, training, Application Management Services and customer support. We have also been the largest indirect SAP license reseller in ANZ for the past two years.

This breadth enables us to support customers through different stages of their SAP journey, from strategy and implementation to adoption, support and continuous improvement.

Growth built around our customers

Our continued growth gives customers access to a broader range of specialists while allowing us to maintain the practical and collaborative approach on which our business has been built over the past 15 years.

Modern transformation programs cannot be considered solely as technology projects. They require an understanding of business processes, organisational priorities, industry requirements, data, architecture and the people who will use the systems.

By bringing these disciplines together, we help organisations make technology decisions with a clearer view of their wider environment. This can also create stronger alignment between initiatives that might otherwise be approached separately, including ERP, workforce management, payroll, planning, analytics and AI.

Our objective is not to introduce every capability at once. It is to help customers understand how each decision fits within a connected and sustainable SAP landscape.

Investing in SAP talent

Reaching more than 300 people is also an important milestone for our team.

As SAP technology continues to evolve, customers need a combination of deep technical knowledge, industry experience and an understanding of how transformation affects the wider organisation.

A larger and more diverse team creates opportunities for our people to work alongside specialists from different disciplines, contribute to complex transformation programs and continue developing their careers within the SAP ecosystem.

These opportunities span consulting, architecture, project delivery, Data and AI, integration, planning and analytics, HCM and payroll, change management, training and ongoing customer support.

By continuing to invest in our people, we are strengthening the knowledge and experience available to our customers while helping SAP professionals build meaningful careers in Australia and New Zealand.

Local presence supported by broader capability

DyFlex was established in Perth in 2011, and we have since expanded our presence across 5 offices in Australia and New Zealand.

Our regional presence gives customers access to people who understand local operating environments and can work closely with stakeholders throughout a transformation. This is supported by expertise spanning the SAP portfolio and the broader services needed to deliver, adopt and maintain business change.

For organisations operating across multiple locations, industries or business functions, this combination of regional knowledge and connected capability can provide greater continuity across the SAP lifecycle.

Preparing for our next stage of growth

The 300-person milestone marks an important point in our development, but it is not the end of the story.

SAP environments will continue to change as organisations modernise their core systems, improve the way they manage data, introduce AI into business processes and respond to evolving workforce and regulatory requirements.

Our continued investment in people and capability provides a stronger foundation from which to support these priorities.

More than 300 people now contribute to this work across Australia and New Zealand, bringing together specialist SAP knowledge with a shared focus on delivering practical outcomes for our customers.
