The Challenge

The Y had an outdated legacy solution for the size of the organisation and remained largely paper based. They needed the ability to streamline processing of documents and reduce the time spent on manual activities.

An RRP document was created, comprising a ‘Wishlist’ of functionality that would improve efficiencies and ease the key users pain points, this was sent to a shortlist of possible vendors. Plans for the Future
